SURFACE TREATMENT
We develop projects for surface treatment using immersion and spraying.
The equipment may be manufactured in stainless steel or carbon steel, depending on the degreasing baths being used: whether they’re acid or neutral.
Sometimes these systems are complemented with others in order to assure the quality of the baths as well as of the production process each client chooses.
DRYING AND POLYMERIZATION
We develop high quality furnaces and stoves for painting lines.
The structures are designed to narrow dilations and contractions that are a natural result of the production process.
We perform direct or indirect burning systems using automatic burners run on gas or oil.
These systems have air curtains, in the entry and on the outside of the ovens, in order to boost their performance.
PAINT CABINS
We create detailed designs for each client using a manual system or a robot.
Booths for liquid painting with dry vacuuming or water curtain.
Booths for powder painting with cyclone vacuuming and filter battery (with complete powder removal).
AIR CARRIERS
We have our own designed (LAFEC), and imported, carriers connecting the entire system.
The chains and suspensions are used solely for loading and traction related to the production process.
The type of triggering is caterpillar and it is headed by a frequency variator.
The lubrication system is either manual or automatic, depending on the type of current.
